You forget we’ve allied with the Soviets on a common cause in the past. In fact the Soviets got the shit end of the stick in some ways.
Putin represents a power to be reckoned with and we need to play catch up first before we can play hardball. Putin probably has every secret document of importance sent in the last 8 years. We are in big trouble.
We’ll be seeing the true state of the Union in the next year and we are far worse of than you realize.
