President-elect Trump slammed US Rep. John Lewis on Twitter Saturday, for “falsely complaining” about the election, and said he should spend more time fixing problems in his district.
Lewis, a Georgia democrat and legendary civil rights activist, intends to skip Trump’s Friday inauguration and feels the Tweeter-in-Chief isn’t a “legitimate president,” he told NBC News’ “Meet the Press.”
Trump shot back at Lewis with a pair of tweets, the first at 7:50 a.m., the second at 8:07 a.m.
“Congressman John Lewis should spend more time on fixing and helping his district, which is in horrible shape and falling apart (not to mention crime infested) rather than falsely complaining about the election results. All talk, talk, talk – no action or results. Sad!” he wrote.

What the hell is a “civil rights icon”? Some kind of phonyass little god that must be adored and worshipped? Lewis is a bigoted, racist race pimp. A demented one at that.
John Lewis was totally out of line with that comment. I don’t see many people rushing to defend him either.
Same principle applies to McCain. He’s long wore out any “honor” he had coming to him as a Vietnam vet.

I’m glad Donald said it. Everyone knows it’s true. John Lewis has been riding on his connection to the Civil Rights movement for decades, and he has gotten intellectually lazy.
