Sharpton should be able to muster up 35,000 locals in DC, without bussing them in. Unless people are on to his shenanigans.

Otoh DC residence must live there. Their own employment could hinge on arrest or pictures in a public display of dissent.
They have heard about the guns-along-Potomac and no doubt more rumors we haven’t heard. So their lives and property are also an issue.
