Familiar with Milloy's work and he is usually very accurate in his assessments. The epa has grown like a rampant cancer. Hopefully there is a cure about to be discovered. When they have the power (without it being a "law") to regulate what you do on your own property, time for them to go. The bad they do far exceeds the good anymore and they answer to who? Seems like nobody.
