Since federal civil rights protections must necessarly be based on rights that the states have have amended the Constitution to expressly protect imo, will somebody please tell me which constitutionally enumerated rights the protestors feel that Trump is going to violate?
Corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification federal lawmakers have been making a variety of civil rights laws for many generations to win votes from low-information voters imo, voters who probably don’t know about the fed’s constitutionally limited powers, many such laws based on constitutionally nonexistant protections.
