Thousands of demonstrators are expected to turn out in Washington next week for protests aiming to "shut down" the inauguration of Donald Trump as the next U.S. president, organizers said on Thursday.
Protesters will attempt to close down 12 security checkpoints at the U.S. Capitol, where Trump will take the oath of office on Jan. 20, and along the 2.5-mile (4-km) parade route down Pennsylvania Avenue, according to leaders of a group called DisruptJ20.
"We want to shut down the inauguration," organizer David Thurston told a news conference. "We want to see a seething rebellion develop in this city and across the country."
A representative of the Trump transition team could not be immediately reached for comment, nor could a spokesman for the District of Columbia police.

My cousin, the Rutgers college professor, and lots of her college professor friends are all hoping on one of the cheapo busses from NY-DC to go protest the inauguration. Their facebooks detail their plans to attend in all sorts of costumes. #losersonparade

So, a few cattle truckers could line up with their trucks and the cattle trailer. Good place to put these bastards in and then give em a long trip the long way around to their place of confinement.
Gets a bit chilly in those trailers in a 70 MPH run.
I plan on taking video and then photos from that and will post. i may call in to local talk 1210. i’m just there for volume. i don’t plan on getting very close because i will be carrying backpack with pepper jell and batons for self defense, i won’t be allowed into any of the sealed off areas.
