It's Clinton who made you weak as never before in 1990s. During his administration, the USA abandoned to introduce its ICBMs 'Peacemakers' to avoid any hard feelings with the Kremlin. However, in the same time Russia managed to plan, develop, produce and deploy new systems that make your nuclear arsenal look like a stone age ax against the laser gun.

You act like European leaders in post-Munich era before WWII, thinking that appeasement will give you peace. Heck, looking at you, I think Putin has already won WWIII before he even pushed any button or signed any paper.
