then I would submit that the departure of a blue state
should also be none of your business. Yet here you are.

The way state secession works is the entire state of CA leaves. Now if a group of counties wants to then leave the independent country of CA then do what is ever necessary to gain you independence form Sacramento. With this I cannot help you, nor can anyone in the USA. Do that first then petition the US congress for state hood.
