I’m in the minority here, but I give Arizona a little leeway, since ousting John McCain with someone much more conservative gives Democrats a chance at that Senate seat.
South Carolina, on the other, has zero excuse. It’s a solid red state, and they could easily oust Lindsey Graham in the primary for a Jim DeMint-type, and still win comfortably in November.
Add Republican Senators Ben Sasse, Jeff Flake, and Cory Gardner to that.

What an idiotic statement. Do you know what the vote was between? We had Ann Kirkpatrick, a leftist, gun grabbing, two stepping, Pocahontas wannabe who boasted that Obamacare was her chief accomplishment versus that evil, dreadful snake McCain. They do it to us every time. It came down to Kirkpatrick who takes our guns versus McCain who won’t. And that’s how the Arizona GOP always wants it.
We try to primary the bastard every six years. J.D. Hayworth and Kelli Ward were great candidates. We voted for them. We tried, and they were drowned in open primaries. So we got a horrible general election choice, and we voted for the ancient scumbag who will eventually die versus a dangerous feminist cretin who might hang around awhile.
