If you haven't seen this series, I recommend it strongly. You can view the episodes online. It's a revealing and instructive look into the mindset of the cult mentality. I contend that the Democrat Party has become the largest secular cult in the US.

That “religion” is so very dumb that only the really naive and gullible would fall for it.

And, let’s see, which group are the most ardent supporters?

Yup, the Hollyweed crowd.

We have been watching it and it is very revealing.

I had an interest in cults and cultism back in my college days and even attended a couple of Unification Church meetings. Scientology is no different and it is clear that Scientology is a business with tax free exemption status.

I reminded my wife that we have to be careful though because if we start restricting the 1st amendment for one bad apple, all will be affected. Sad though that an organization can be so corrupt and evil.

Even in my stupid-20s I didn’t fall for the sci-fi “religion”.

The south park episode was hilarious.

John Travolta, please come out of the closet.

I saw a program about it last week. I bet she is a pretty tough character.

I just thought of something. Is Scientology the same as Christian Science?

Not at all. It is a UFO space-alien scifi cult.

I remember many years ago as a youngin, I'd see the commercials for Dianetics by L. Ron Hubbard.

Great commercial, must have cost millions cause they played it at nausea. Still intrigued, bought the book.

I started reading it expecting to be illuminated. What a bunch of poppy-cock.

Maybe Tom Cruise too? Heard it said when you join this cult, they get you to bare your soul then use it against you if you want to leave.......recon’ this is the reason he’s moving up the ladder and giving his heart and soul to this disgusting place?? Nothing but rumors I’ve heard......got nothing to back it up........;)

I’ve watched some of this. I’m not sure if the Scientoligists are getting lessons from the Democrats and Muslims on how to brainwash their flock and berate the non-believers or if it’s the other way around.

Is Scientology the same as Christian Science?

No. Scientology is a pure fabrication of the mediocre science-fiction writer (and fraud) L. Ron Hubbard. It is in no way, shape or form related in any way to Christianity.

Scientology worships the creation, but denies there is a creator.

“Scientology worships the creation, but denies there is a creator.”

No Scientology worships David Miscavage who is the devil reincarnated. Scientology isn’t a church except that it has used the word “church” to gain tax exempt status. We’d run Hitler out of our country today and we should do the same for Miscavage. All that said, there are dozens of other “churches” that are doing the same things to stupid people, it’s just that Scientology has a better schtick.
God Bless Leah Remini for recognizing, after years of abuse, just what a sinister thing this cult is and for taking the time to show us all what it really is.

I think it’s all a load of BS meant to bilk rich people out of their money, but l don’t see how they’re doing anything wrong.

So, are we now talking about Scientologists or Democrats? It’s hard to tell the difference sometimes.

I’ve seen bits and pieces here and there. Leah is really bringing them to their knees. Good for her.

I’ve been watching it. There have been several very powerful episodes. Scientology seems to prey on the weak-minded types the same way liberalism does. And many of the flock are essentially born into it via their parents. What an evil organization. Some day someone is gonna give Miscavage the ass-whipping he deserves.

I set my DVR. I watched first episode last night. I would not be surprised if Leah Remini gets rubbed out or at least has attempts made to kill her.

years ago I belonged to a support group for those suffering from manic depression. one of the people who suffered as I did was fairly wealthy. he suddenly stopped showing up to meetings. a year later he showed up at a meeting he was living on the street and very sick . The church had gotten him to drain all his assets paying for auditing. he showed up at are meeting hoping to get others to do his scientology auditing they had told him they would let him audit for every new person he could get to use there services...they had totally used him and then tried to use him to get others who were mentally ill to join there church after they had gotten all his money... the organization is evil.
