CNN says they did not report the details of the report. But they did. They were on the radio yesterday giving details from the report. They also were speculating that it may be true. So, they may be trying to say that they did not release the written version of the report, but they did suggest that the English government was suggesting it was true. And they listed many of the things in the report on air.
