Who said threaten? Im just carrying my shotgun to my warm car to celebrate the Trump election. It would probly be broken open and resting on my shoulder but legal requirements dont require that. He has a gun. I have a gun. He is on my private property and I just notified him of that fact. Leaving my car unattended while running on my property is not a felony, and the police have NO RIGHT to enter my property.
Do people that live in the northeast realize that the police actually have to follow the law as well as everyone else?

The problem with people who don’t remind LEO re: the law is that they develop a incorrect slant on what they are allowed to do until it takes something of this level to remind them to do their job serve and protect, instead of drive and fleece. Course fines are pretty low hanging fruit, fighting crime is hard.
