He should just make a scathing statement, and then not take their stupid questions which I am certain will be along the lines of did you stay at the Ritz Carlton, is this the only time you've behaved this way... It would be simple enough for him to take to Twitter and denounce the media for running with a 4chan satirical piece without making an effort to verify *anything* about it. And he can use that to reinforce his message that the media is corrupt and lies.
The media is already very upset that they don't control the message and he bypasses them at every step. How will they react when he points out how they fell, hook, line, and sinker, for a scam?
