Remember when Trump was threatening to strengthen the libel laws to allow even the President to sue the news media?
I thought at the time Trump was wacko, a threat to the First Amendment.
But seeing this stuff, I see now that he was right.
Trump’s lawyer needs to start drawing up papers and sue the pants off everyone involved——4 chan, McCain, CIA, DNC...
He’d win, too. There’s definitely malice involved, which is what’s necessary for a finding of libel.
