IIRC, his sentence was shifted to life because of the court. They can’t/won’t revert the death sentence even though the ruling was overturned.

They should put him before a firing squad, made up of people taking the “final exam” of a gun safety course. Let them line up one at a time. Tie him securely to a post, so the last student has a clear target too.

I think all executions should be public. It improves the deterrent effect. What would improve the deterrent effect the most is if executions occurred quickly after convictions.

Well, he has 1 MANDATORY appeal coming, and probably 30 more appeals financed by the ACLU and other Commie Prog organizations. (Yes, MANDATORY-- that's in Federal law.)

He'll never actually be put to death, but the though is nice.

No way! He should be allowed to fully experience the joy of spending years on death row in a soundproofed room with a large variety of other death row inmates being rotated in and out for roommates, each of whom are selected by one criteria alone: They must be much bigger and stronger than he is.
