That there is pretty funny. You obviously have no idea who Clay Lacy is, or where Missouri's First Congressional district is located.
But you feel free to come on out and help campaign for a replacement - they'll love you in Black Jack or Jennings, or better still in the north St. Louis city neighborhoods.
