Lindsey Graham says that Russia is not our friend. He says this many times every day.
In approx. 2008 I ran into Lindsey at Reagan National Airport. I said, "Hey Senator", and shook his hand. It was like shaking the hand of a fat, totally-paralyzed grandma. Such a wimpy creep. And I could've sworn he was a little sweet on me. Creeped me out and I made a beeline for the Metro.
