Voters Think U.S. Intelligence Agencies Play Politics
Rassmussen Reports ^ | January 09, 2017

As the debate over Russian hacking efforts during the presidential campaign continues, voters here generally approve of the job U.S. intelligence agencies are doing but also suspect that they play politics.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 47% of Likely U.S. Voters believe America’s intelligence agencies have their own political agenda.  Thirty-nine percent (39%) disagree and think they generally perform impartially. Fifteen percent (15%) are undecided.

They don’t ‘play politics’.
They work very hard at it....................

I think what Trump should do is put out a tweet saying something like this: “I want to thank the most hardworking and intelligent workers for our country’s intelligence agencies on all the hard work, courage, and unthanked risks they take for all of us Americans. We regret that some of their bosses play politics but going forward we will make America great again.”

BTW I put up a satire/humor thread to counter the Chuck Schumer & MSM hints that Trump is going to cause mass upheaval in the intel agencies. I think they forget that any intel operative/analyst worth anything isn’t going to lose courage just because of some politics. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3512280/posts

Folks, if they weren’t playing politics they wouldn’t be issuing public reports two weeks before a new president takes office.

Quite simply, would this have been announced or would diplomats have been expelled if the results were different on November 8th? Never mind, we already know the answer.

Bill passed in 1800's with a Hoosiers name on it allows them to cut the pay of any federal employee to $1 Much talk about it. No firing necessary. It's still on the books 😃

When Erdogan was elected in Turkey, he purged the general officers, a critical part to keeping a secular government in Turkey.

Obama kicked off the revolution in Egypt - his first stop after becoming President. We all but installed a Muslim Brotherhood president there. He then purged the generals and installed Those who gave allegience to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Quietly, Obama did the exact same thing. The media ignored it. Meryl Streep did not care. Obama filled the Pentagon with freaks. Christianity became a number one target in the military. Every general officer that stuck his head up got it chopped off. The only officers getting promoted to any significance the last 8 years have been carefully screened by the likes of Ashton Carter.

We have no carrier in the ME. Think about that. Probably first time ever since the 60s. Yet we have our sons and daughters in insignificant numbers all over the place with NO BACKUP!!!

What do you think Obama has been doing to our Intelligence agencies? Exact same thing he’s done to the Dept of Justice, ATF, Immigration, Homeland, FBI, EPA, IRS, you name it. Over the last 8 years anybody sraight and narrow has been PURGED. I am sure there are exeptions. But i bet they have to keep their heads down.

ALL government agencies have a political agenda. It minimum, they have an agenda of increasing the power and budget of their administrators. Then there are those who use a government job as a stepping stone to a lucrative lobbying gig.

When the director of the CIA and the DONI briefed Trump when they walked in he should have invited them to have a seat and watch this and then play NBC News reporting on a leaked document that only obama was supposed to see and then cut it the video off and then ask, so tell me why should I believe anything that comes out of your mouths at this point? You have no credibility whatsoever and wait for the lies and then thank them and turn to my chief of staff and say I want them and their people fired day one.

“America’s formerly highly respected and trusted intelligence community has been politicized and the people are starting to figure it out.”

They have never been trustworthy. Read the history, they were formed by Ivy League elitists and bankers, to advance the bankers agenda. After WWII they imported the Nazi military intelligence networks wholesale, helped hide the Unit 731 criminals of Japan, overthrew and assassinated for decades, -directly- participated in every major dope wave to hit our nation from the French connection, the golden triangle, the Mena airport coke trade to fund their black budget, forward to today in trying to get Sinaloa on top and in letting Afghan heroin pour in. They lied about the missile gap, tricked Ike into the U-2 flight that got shot down, _at least_ turned a blind eye to the murder of JFK, missed the fall of the USSR, 9/11, and they have now literally switched sides in the war on terror when in Libya they started SUPPORTING Al Qeida. And now they have turned their surveillance network inward onto US citizens.
Harry Truman wrote an op-ed 4 weeks after JFK was murdered saying they operate in an Un-American manner and he regretted creating them.

When exactly were they respected and trusted?

Lol! Only a fool thinks otherwise. These agencies are full of Ivies who are trained to put America’s interests last. Ha! At first they say there’s no evidence of Russian hacking. George Soros gets on the phone and a couple days later they say Russia did hack, but provide no evidence.

While I think that President Trump should fire these shills on day one, I don't think they should know in advance or be allowed to access their offices after the firing.

Detain them, seize their computers and phones, and release them only when all evidence is preserved and secure.
