There is some truth to the “stupid” part. Fact is, in some of these poor areas, between poor pre- and post-natal care and what expectations are taught to a lot of these kids, it is an uphill battle getting them to learn the skills necessary.

Do you realize that Seattle is very famous for single moms? And that the predatory child support laws there mean no man should ever date them? Even dating a single mom there can get a guy on the hook for child support for a kid that isn’t his.
