What kind of engines? And what kind of driving?

The last engine I had was one of the newer types, a 275-cid small-block V8. I wasn’t able to find a 350. Mostly highway driving. Didn’t beat on it and kept it maintained on schedule.

1 250 6cyl
1 302
3 350
1 454

I also had a 59 and a 60 chevy both with a 283. When I gave these 2 cars away they were still going good.

And what kind of driving?

All were used as daily drivers at one time.

The 82 (302 with 327 cam) and 98(350) pickups, off road as well.

The 98 is the only computer/ fuel injected one. All others are carburetted.

The 53 Willys, with a chevy 350, was also a daily driver, as well as an off road beast.

The 454 corvette is more of a weekend fun machine. And I do all of my own maintenance.

And my 56 3/4 ton has the 235 6 cyl. It was a daily driver as well.

I even pulled a stuck wrecker out of the mud with it.
