There are a lot of pictures taken of obozo and Hillary chumming it up with Putin in the past 8 years. That would have happened if Russia was “openly hostile” to the US? An odd statement to make since the Cold War has been over for a number of years and democrats would be happy if they could manage to remake everything in our country a duplication of the old USSR.

Since then, I know for a fact that families of fallen citizens who have been killed or injured in questionable circumstances have pleaded with Oversight to do something.

I presume there are thousands of families contacting oversight, asking for investigations.

What is clear is that US Top Secret Intelligence is being politically weaponized, which brings into question the motives of the intelligence gatherers. It isn't unlike the Iraq intelligence which led us into wrong conclusions and actions when the real "war" against radical Islam wasn't primarily in Iraq at all. The intelligence had been gathered and filtered with a preexisting paradigm in place for the purpose of a desired action.

What is scary here is that the apparent desired action existing from before the election was a hot war with Russia. All of this intelligence would have been used by a President Hillary Clinton like the Iraq intelligence in gaining support for action against Putin. Just for the hell of it, because the world is apparently safer when based on superpower conflict?

It's a good thing we people thought better of that scenario.

Forget it, Hillary, it was you who lost, and there was a myriad of causes, but mostly the disclosures from the emails that showed who and what you are!

Then you are missing a critical element of intrigue, which is everything is done by design while the long game is being played out.

It's similar to the mistake the OP uses when applying the label 'leftist' to characterize Trump's opposition in the intelligence services. Leftist like the traditional progressive liberal who wants to expand state power in an attempt to ensure social equity? How does that comport with the MIC's objectives?

To understand what is actually occurring, we need to discard obsolete left/right labels. Rather, we need to focus on state vs individual. Bush was a statist - all of his so-called 'compassionate' ploys were simply moves to advance state power. Same too with 'leftists' in the IC - the ones opposing the people (as represented by Trump) care not a whit about social policy. It's all about advancing state power.

The “CIA official” is likely the person in the next cubicle at the Post who is offering his opinion while sipping coffee from a “I’m with Her” mug. Assange is far more credible than a supposed anonymous CIA source that is fighting to maintain their control over the next president.

I also believe it was an inside job. But by the NSA, I am speculating, there are a few patriots left in government, maybe in the NSA who had had enough of the Clinton corruption.

See they would have an advantage of knowing for certain if her unprotected server risked assets in the field. If it did and I believe there are some records of this, then they would have gone ballistic over her carelessness, but couldn't say anything, so went about taking her down for good!
