Dems, Hell! The D.C. UniParty tried everything they could and failed..

The scenario was, JEB! As the sacrificial lamb to grease Hitlery’s path to her coronation.

Trump was the only possible candidate who could have beat the D.C. UniParty...and he did, by marshaling We the People!

Neither effort panned out. Some potential “faithless electors” who intended to cast ballots for someone else were removed or resigned, and were replaced. And Trump got 304 of the 306 electoral votes he was supposed to get. Hillary Clinton actually lost more votes, as she was abandoned by five faithless electors and dropped from 232 to 227.

All these failed efforts to damage Trump smacks of divine intervention... maybe God hates liberal elites as much as the rest of us hate them.

I wonder why a nut like Lieawatha didn’t support it

I don’t think any of the effort was serious.

All the effort was so that in the campaigns ahead a Rat politico could claim he tried to oust Trump but was not able to overcome the stumbling blocks the Republicans put in place.

There is also a need to placate money givers who are now at a loss because promises made in receipt of money for favors can’t be kept.

When Dopey Joe slammed down his gavel and said “It’s over!” the felon lost again making it once on Election Night three times in phony recounts and again in counting the ECvs. That puts the felon as the only woman ever to lose the presidency six times.

It’s amazing how nasty the rats get when they’re backed into a corner.

We just need to keep peeling back the layers of the leftist’s false narrative. Just keep deflecting them and revealing the truth. Now more than ever.

Fauxcohontas can count.

All agreeing to a challenge would do is force a vote of the House and Senate within a few minutes. Pointlessly pissing off the whole of Congress for a less than a hour delay isn’t a way to make friends.

The House is used to 85-IQ reps from Affirmative Action districts.

he failed coup attempt where locker room banter would surely make Trump retreat in disgrace handing over the candidacy to Mike Pence

And, since we're counting coup and for the FR permanent record, allow me to point out that THAT foolishness cost Kelly Ayotte her Senate seat, and, as I pointed out October 9 in my "I will not vote for Kelly Ayotte" post, it deprived McCain and Graham of a third "bipartisan opposition to Trump" vote.

Mark Kirk was certain to lose in any event but the size of the GOP anti-Trump faction was cut by 50% after Ms. Ayotte's pointless and foolish un-endorsement of Trump on October 8.

I took a lot of heat, but a Senate with 52 Republicans, two of whom are "out" as anti-Trumpers is better, IMO, that a Senate with 54 Republicans and four "out and proud" anti-Trumpers.

The votes will be the same, a lot of 50-50 ties broken by Pence, but the imagery of "bipartisan opposition to fascist Trump" is much less potent with two oddballs than it would have been with McCain+Graham+Kirk+Ayotte. Kelly cleans up pretty well and would have been the spokesman for the others. Now, America will be seeing Lindsay Graham as the voice of reason alongside Kamala Harris and Lieawatha, which will be much less effective IMO.

Obviously, we need +5 Trumpers at least in 2018, but that's doable.

Biden acted like he was genuinely annoyed by that old bat Maxine Waters at the E C count yesterday

I'm sure he was.

Biden is an American, and he's as committed to his team (the Democrats) as he was to the Blue Hens when he played for them.

He gets the game plan, he blocks and tackles, he takes the hits and gets back up.

However, he's not "one of them". He's a white male in a party with no room for his kind.

Dems better hope they never win again because we can make it just as ugly but then again, we probably wouldn’t because we are adults.

“Obama? Hillary? One of you is going to get the lion’s share of this blame.”

The left never accepts responsibility for anything. They will blame it on hate, racism, misogyny, homophobia, etc., for the next 16 years. (Including future Pence administration)

Good question. Something’s afoot, and for once it’s not the thing in her mouth.

I expect they will call on the chief justice to refuse to swear Trump in.

They can wail and moan all they want, it will only make them look even sillier in the eyes of regular Americans.

I think it’s only natural for people to start blaming people in their own ranks when things go South.

Looking at the Democrat position these days, it’s very hard not to blame their lack of power on the Clintons and Obama.

Sure they’ll carp about Trump and the Conservatives, but at the end of the day there is going to have to be some reassessment on their part. It’s going to be delicious.

If it doesn’t happen, watch them lose even more power in 2018, 2020, 2022, and beyond.
