Former Mexican president Vincente Fox questioned the legitimacy of President Elect Trump's victory while insisting Mexico is "not paying for that fu-- wall" which he called a "racist monument."

As I understand it, an additional federal levy on the “remesas” sent from the US to Mexico could fund the construction.

After millions of illegals leave their US jobs to US citizens, this alone will add billions to the economy that isn’t being sent to Mexico.
Tax all money that goes from US illegals (and legals) back to mexico at 25% and we’ll pay for that wall in no time.
