We know the difference, but we also know that is a cause and effect between the two.
Notice also that no one of these anti-Americans will answer the question of why it is great for foreign nations to have jobs but not America, that anything done to send jobs to foreign nations is a great thing but to do anything to bring them back here is a bad thing?
