Strange. He doesn’t look at all like the same guy. Even the eyebrows are different. I wonder when these photos were taken or who supplied them.
The darker one looks North African or Somali, but could be a Dominican (supposedly he’s Puerto Rican , which is pretty close). The one in the keffiyeh bears only somewhat of a resemblance.
Puerto Rican’s can be darker or with duskier features than, say, Mexicans, because they tend to have a little west African blood. My daughter has 1% even without looking African.
