“Down By The Station”. I can’t recall by who but it was a cute song about cute girls.

In 1970, I couldn't believe that this anti-American song could make it to the top of the charts. Maybe record buyers weren't listening to the lyrics.

Heck, in Vietnam our favorite song was Eric Burdon's "We got to get out of this place".

It didn't make me a coward or anti-war....sometimes it's just "the song".
