Yep. And tell me this, why didn’t Clapper clearly articulate this before Jill Stein began her march against sanity with her vote recounts?

It is clear this information was plainly available, but Clapper and the administration intentionally wanted a cloud of uncertainty to hang over the election. They possessed the information to publicly shut Jill Stein down, but made a calculated decision to say nothing.
