Report: Clinton Mulling NYC Mayoral Run
Daily Caller ^ | January 5, 2017 | Katie Frates

Former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is “talking about” running for New York City mayor, Newsmax reports.

It has only been 57 days since President-elect Donald Trump defeated Clinton. During the election slog, Clinton, 69, collapsed getting into a Secret Service van, had multiple coughing fits during speeches and seemed to have trouble walking up steps at a rally in Lake Worth, Fla.

“If she ran, she’d win,” a Newsmax source said.

She was a New York senator from 2001 to 2009. During that time, her popularity peaked at 60 percent in 2001 and ping-ponged from as low as 47 percent in December 2002 to 57 percent in 2005 and then back down to 48 percent in May 2008 when she conceded the Democratic nomination to then-Sen. Barack Obama.

True, true. Without political power, she has NO reason to continue living. To keep getting “donations” to her personal funding schemes.

But physically, can she even pretend to be able to run the campaign? Forget the position - we KNOW she can’t do that. But can she even pretend to “run” when her presidential campaign was limited to 1-2 public events a week?

Is de Blasio planning on dying in a plane crash?

If Hillary did run, it would be a complete disaster for her. Bill de Blasio isn’t going to simply step aside and pass up a second term for her. Also, isn’t there a residency requirement to run for mayor of NYC? If so, how does Hillary move there without it making her look like a total carpetbagger? If Hillary runs for mayor, she would make a complete fool of herself. That being the case....RUN, HILLARY, RUN!

If I were de Blahhhhhhhsio, I’d be watching my back somewhat. Isn’t there grumblings of a corruption investigation against him? If Hitlery wants that seat, I’ve no doubt she would backstab anyone to get it.

The largest city in the US, where else could she ‘grift’ as much money. In addition, isn’t NYC where DJT has his largest holdings? If so, what better way to ‘avenge’ her loss to DJT, than to become mayor of the city where he has so many holdings, and do EVERYTHING she can to destroy DJT, his companies and his family! THAT may be the biggest reason that Hellary is contemplating running g for NYC mayor! Remember, the Klintoon Krime Kartel is big on revenge.

Not likely. New Yorkers saw first hand that scary health emergency and want someone much younger.

Insanity. Fox, newsmax... Everyone seems to be in the bag for the left.

When does Trump’s kid start his new network, I wonder?

“Hasn’t New York suffered enough?”

No. New York State needs to give NYC the old heave-ho and become a red state.

It is a historic trend for corrupt politicians to try to hold a powerful public office of some sort at all times in order to protect themselves from their enemies.

The Clintons are probably feeling especially vulnerable at the moment. (As well as being quite a bit down on their “donations.”)

If not NYC Mayor, when is the next election for New York state governor?

Or maybe US Senator again? No term limit. No, too complicated; someone would have to have a fatal accident first. And soon.

Well I heard that the Hazzard County Commissioner job is possibly open. Maybe that would be a good fit for her as well.

I guess she could do the job from prison. Trump needs to do what he said, i.e., “lock her up”. What the he’ll is she doing making future plans? Some nerve.
