To get a twitter account, don’t you have to give them all your PII?

Full name & phone number or you can use an email. You can choose a username so your real name (assuming you give them that to start with) doesn’t show up.

I use a Tracphone & have an email address (separate from the one I use all the time) just for stuff like this.
