NATO isn’t poised to do a dang thing. Without the US providing the bulk of the combat forces, both air and ground, nearly all the logistics and transport, NATO is completely and utterly useless.
NATO only exists so that parasite ‘allies’ can pretend they matter too.
Once upon a time, the Bundeswehr, the BAOR, and for that matter USAEUR were serious forces.
Today, not so much, any of them. BAOR is gone completely.
