I don’t see where sexual orientation is relevant to work being done by the EPA.

Reminds me of a story.
A tent meeting is underway. The Reverend is breathing fire and brimstone, exhorting the faithful to repent. Then he stands up straight and says: “I want all of you what’s been a he-in’ and a she-in’ to come up and confess before the Looworde.” A group of men and women come forward and kneel, begging for forgiveness.
“Next I want all of you what’s been a he-in’ and a he-in’ to come up and confess.” A few effeminate-looking men come forward and kneel.
“Next I want all of you what’s been a she-in’ and a she-in’ to come up.” A few women in lumberjack shirts and jeans come forward and kneel.
Finally, all that’s left sitting is Brother Billy Bob, dressed in overalls. The Reverend says to him: “Brother Billy, I know you’re a sinner, too. How come you ain’t come forward.”
Billy Bob answers: “I surely have, Reverend. But you didn’t say nothin’ atall about a me-in’ and a me-in’.”
The honchos who authorized this are not liable, so it is just a blank check for lawyers and future settlements to looney left employees and special interest groups.
