What incentive to the Democrats have to help with whatever the Republicans replace it with?

I'm not sure. With Obamacare repealed then that kind of takes that albatross off from around their neck. If the Republicans muff the replacement or take too long then that may well help a Democrat incumbent in any state, Red or Blue.
