So after wielding the full power (and more) or the Federal Government against states, corporations, and individuals like a hammer throughout his stint at Justice, Holder is now gonna do what? Argue for states’ rights?

Holder played the part of the bully while he had the massive resources of the Federal government behind him. But now he’s not the biggest kid on the block. California will find that the bully really isn’t a very good lawyer.
