Are you sure that’s like 340 law schools per state. If I include DC, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa & the Marianas Trust territories that’s still over 300 per locale.

That number was difficult to find. I gave to you a 2008 number that was determined just being a law school. What I generally found out was organizations like the American Bar Association only recognized accredited schools by their determination and that number was 248 in 2015.

But knowing how the left works, they probably went out and found a couple of school hacks from any school they could come up with that they could use to drive a point. But even that effort was half-hearted as they couldn’t find enough to make the point worth the national scene or even believe-able.
