We're celebrating at home, Kathy, as is our custom. There's no way I will go out on the roads after about 4:00 p.m. on New Year's Eve.

Mrs. MacNessa is watching the party on Fox News and I'm watching football. We had a nice dinner (scampi) and are sipping on champagne.

I was trying to watch a couple college bowls but the split screen drove me insane....not worth watching for the headache it caused.

Staying in is a wise decision.

It’s a quiet one here too. I’m watching Lord of the Rings and Hubby’s doing whatever he does on his computer. And the kittehs are actually behaving themselves!
