Did Penny go out in the snow? Does she need doggies booties to keep her feet dry and warm?

The temps are low, but the ground is dry.

Penny will wear a coat, but booties are OUT OF THE QUESTION!

So far I have not had to shovel. May 2017 not bring any of that! :-)
