It is more or less an established historical fact that the word Korea derived from “Koryo.”

Perhaps they are dreaming of some adjustments of the territory:

Historical records say that the founder of Koryo(Goryeo) named the country as such to emphasize that the country should work to recover the lost territory of Goguryeo, by taking two syllables from the latter.
