revitalize its tourism industry How can you "RE-" vitalize something that was never alive to begin with? I mean, how many tourists does North Korea get in a year's time? I would guess they could all fit on a very old, creaky bus.

I was in Helsinki (I think) checking into a hotel with my crew and a Korean Air crew came in. They were impeccable and all looked like supermodels and carried themselves like royalty. We were in absolute awe.
