I can't imagine turning in a breach report like this. If I was lucky I would only be asked to rewrite it and not asked to clean out my desk. It does resemble a real breach report, and I'm sure it sounds impressive to anyone not technically adept, but it is completely devoid of facts that could even point to an origin, forget about tying it to state sanctioned attempts.

It would make more sense (a lot more) to nuke Saudi Arabia for 9-11 than to blame Russia for these hacks. Plus, while it's easy to get pulled into a tech discussion, let's not forget that the most likely source for the majority of this information was an insider.
