The Obama administration is under intense pressure to release evidence confirming Russian interference in the presidential election before leaving office.

The administration up until now has provided little documentation to back up its official October assessment that the Russian government was attempting to interfere in the U.S. election.

Nor has it corroborated subsequent leaks from anonymous officials contending that the CIA believes the campaign was an attempt by Russian President Vladimir Putin to ensure Donald Trump’s victory.

I’m so weary of reading “... in the election” on this topic. “In the election” implies vote-tampering hacks, which no one alleges. Hacking of emails, regardless of either intent or effect on an election, is not interfering “in the election”.

Let’s just imagine this example ... suppose an American hacked the email of any candidate and by doing so they discovered emails that revealed the candidate beat his family or ran to-the-death animal fights at home. Certainly no one would say the hacker interfered with the election simply by revealing bad behavior that had an effect on the election in cases like that. Everyone would surely fault the bad behavior of the person as the reason they lost, not the way in which that behavior got revealed.

It irks me to no end that the “interfering in the election” meme is not challenged along these lines every time it is used.

Katie Bo Williams, the author, demonstrates that she is a HACK! There are several paragraphs stating that no evidence has been divulged, nor will it be divulged until the White House report has been written.

So everyone is going on “leaks” from anonymous sources.

That doesn’t keep Katie from writing that “the evidence is compelling, but circumstantial”. No, Katie, the evidence is unknown!! We are dealing with anonymous sources who have not provided evidence.

Furthermore, she omits that not only has Assange stated that the Russians were not the source of the wikileaks documents, but a British ambassador has also stated that it was an American inside job.

Those who throw around the idea that Russia “hacked” the election are hoping that people conflate (confuse) the idea that Russia manipulated the voting machines, pure poppycock, and that they were the source of embarrassing INFORMATION which put the Democrats in a bad light. The second accusation boils down to: It wasn’t fair, since the Republicans didn’t have their dirty laundry shown in public.

Sorry Democrats, “fare” is a place where pigs get blue ribbons. You certainly earned this one!

Not much of an interference even if the Russians did do it. Sounds like more of a service!

Obama will not produce any evidence of Russian interference in our election. He can’t because there is none.

It is a democrat ploy to keep their talking points looking viable, nothing more. What a bunch of phonies!

Just because they see a hacker from a Russian IP address doesn't necessarily mean that it's a Russian government hacker. They have about 150 million people. What if it was just some teenager? I don't know why we're making these assumptions.

You would imagine that if the Russians really did want to hack into US servers, they would at least use fake IP addresses from another country.

I think, the lies and false accusations coming from Obama are working, because we have a bunch of stupid ignorant people who know nothing about technology. If Obama said the Russians have invented a computer virus which can jump from computers to humans, many would believe it. This is the level of intelligence of the Left.
