I have tremendous respect for teachers, but less respect for those who complain about a job protected by a union, three months off per year, a generous pension plan unknown in the private sector and no real competition. Add to that list a profound superiority complex and the snark rises quickly. I'd attempt to explain what it's like fighting pervasive competition every day along with fighting government every step of the way, but you have no understanding of, or interest in, such mundane things.
You can continue to feel superior but I'm not impressed.
