Turkey's president Recep Tayyip Erdogan claims US-led coalition forces have 'supported ISIS'

TURKEY’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has claimed he has “confirmed evidence” US-led forces have supported ISIS.

Erdogan said “it’s very clear” the US is supporting terror groups in a damning press conference in Ankara.

He said: “They were accusing us of supporting Daesh (Islamic State).

“Now they give support to terrorist groups including Daesh, YPG, PYD. It’s very clear. We have confirmed evidence, with pictures, photos and videos.”

Casualties have mounted as the military tries to take the town of Al-Bab from ISIS jihadists and Ankara has become incresingly impatient over the lack of support from the US against the extremists for the Turkish operation.

At a news conference alongside visiting Guinean President Alpha Conde, Erdogan said:”The coalition forces are unfortunately not keeping their promises.

Turkey has met the fiercest resistance yet of the campaign in the fight for Al-Bab, some 25 kilometres (15 miles) south of the Turkish border.

Erdogan complained that rather than supporting Turkey, the West was backing the Kurdish Peoples' Protection Units (YPG) and Democratic Union Party (PYD), who work with the United States on the ground in Syria, and also ISIS.

"They are supporting all the terror groups -- the YPG, PYD but also including Daesh (IS)," Erdogan said.

But the Turkish leader expressed confidence over the assault saying "we now have the Daesh terror group surrounded on four sides in Al-Bab".

"Yes we have martyrs... but now there's no turning back," he said.

Erdogan said that along with Russia, Turkey backed a plan to bring the parties in the conflict together with key powers for peace talks in the Kazakh capital Astana.

But he said that "terror groups" must not be included and that Turkey also wanted to see its Gulf allies Saudi Arabia and Qatar involved.

Turkey's Islamist president is getting frustrated at the difficulties his troops are encountering in Syria and he is equally frustrated that the US won't, at least openly, support his war on the Kurds. He's also "telegraphing" that he's in bed with Saudi Arabia and Qatar on his territorial ambitions in Syria.

It has been obvious from the start, pre-ISIS. Obama and McCain got it started as “moderate rebels” to take our duly sovereign government, and assassinate a head of state.

Show us the evidence. But wait until Trump takes office or it will get buried.

But Erdogan also has ISIS blood money on his hands. Remember those ISIS oil trucks that went back and forth to Turkey.

Turkey is moving to align itself with Russia if I’m reading this right.

From the beginning, this whole Syria fiasco bore the marks of Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Obama, Hillary and Kerry being in bed on this. They funded and created this and it spun out of control. Their crimes have unleashed the mass murders and genocides taking place in the Middle East now.

Also, Putin would like to give Obama a finger. Obama prepares to Russia for “tampering” with the US election.
(Obama not finished yet. Obama wants war. Clearly)

I don’t think I would worry too much, anyone who is a “professional” and in the “national command structure” are going to be “washing their hair” if Zero calls.

Any way if “something” occurs worth worrying about they’ll know before Zero and act accordingly.

Please pass that on to Julian Assange so the people of the world can see it without the Mainstream Media Fake News spin and coverup.

Obama opposed Assad, because Assad protected Syrian Christians. Our boys are fighting against a leader who protected Christians. How can this be stopped?

I have to agree. From the Bush led war in Iraq to this, the American military has unknowingly been supporting actions they should have had no part in.

Expect more chaos, and active ‘regime change’ attempts in Turkey.

After all, about 18 months ago, Putin also accused Erdogan of ‘supporting’ and ‘trading’ with ISIS.

My only caution is that if Gulen is used as an alternative by the US admin, it’d mean current US admin’s foreign policy is to replace Erdogan with another Islamist (Gulen), because they think Gulen will be more manageable.

Also, reality check: Erdogan’s Turkey is not and has not been the only govt, country or regime, who has ‘supported’ ISIS. A few others are equally guilty of that.

Not really. They’re trying to keep the US pitted against Russia. They want to see both fail and Turkey move in to take Syrian lands.
