Sen. Cory Booker is 47. Black. Graduated from Stanford and Yale. Charismatic. His tenure as Newark's mayor was a disaster but that's a "plus" from the Democrat perspective. Unless Reid knows about some scandal that's about to unfold, he's just a bitter old man yelling at clouds.

Booker ? after Obama ? Suicide. Obama had a historic opportunity to end racial tensions and instead inflamed and exploited them for political purposes.

Cuomo has cooked his reputation, as I understand it from afar. One of the young hispanic San Antonio Castro brothers seems like a likely choice for Dems, if they still want to play their minority card.

I suppose, however, after a few months of Trump democratic drubbings and swelling popularity they'll realize what they're up against and what they can not repeat and drop the minority appeal in favor of traditional dems, unions, working peeps. Don't forget, too, every senator thinks they should be president. I'll predict Schumer.
