Hillary and Bill's defense when they are indicted will basically be they are being politically harassed by the right wing conspiracy.
It won't work for the same reason she was soundly trashed in spite of massive election fraud: A sizable per centage of Americans want her in jail for some of her many crimes. It's the only defense they have, similar to the only defense the Demonrats had about loosing the election so soundly: It was the Russians.
