Yeah. First he signs it and then minutes later violates it by going out and saying he would’ve beaten Trump and saying people from coast to coast liked his policies or some damn thing.

Why? Quote me a passage of the law that's unconstitutional. From the excerpts in the article, it sounds like the bill will be funding government efforts to combat - mostly overseas - what it regards as false propaganda emanating from foreign governments. I didn't see anything in the article about censoring US news agencies, or punishing people who criticize the government, or punishing people for advocating policies that might be viewed as favorable to some other government.
Having said that, I am not necessarily enthusiastic about our government meddling in the internal affairs of other countries via propaganda and the funding of opposition groups.
