The Secretary of State will follow the policies of the administration. He won’t stand up for LGBT rights unless he’s told to. And why would Trump build his foreign policy around that?
Correct. LGBT issues are not in the SecState’s portfolio of responsibilities.
I agree with you that sexual orientation is nothing to center foreign policy on but I think that attacking the Arab position on there treatment of women , homosexuals and any non Muslim religion is necessary. We can not forget that theses nations get away murder, mutilation and slavery all in the name of there religion and should be treated accordingly.
