Illegal immigrants do not have the rights of US citizens under the Constitution. If they want to move here and become a citizen, there is a process in place for that. Everyone needs to apply and enforce the laws accordingly.

As opposed to the illegal, US citizens do have rights and these governmental employees/agencies that are refusing to apply immigration law are violating the rights of the lawful. That is the only group being legitimately aggrieved here.
