Wasteful talk. It takes a constitutional amendment. Not an easy thing to do.
Jost is just another one of the idiots who think that anything keeping the democrat fascist party from just choosing and appointing a new President every four years should be abolished.
The point of the matter is that the left wants to disregard law and due process when it suits their ends, but rely heavily on the same to attrit any other’s position.
They are the worst kind of hypocrites- they mean to kill us.
I’m, just wondering what the journo-babe was saying as Tucker cut her off at the legs at the break. It had to be “you bas...d” or “fascist”... or whatever.
Can’t cuck the Tuck !
Yea I backed it up on the DVR and tried to read her lips
I believe on another thread, someone read the lips as saying “Racist (or sexist) pig”
Typical response from a liberal idiot
By you and whose army?
I’m sure the left is busy planning the logistics and drafting designs to ship the Americn middle class to concentration camps and into their solar-powered ovens.
Liberals know the Electoral College is not going to be abolished. They just want to delegitimize Trump’s Presidency and play the victim card.
Because the very same people who voted for Trump, would vote against that measure.
It does take a Constitutional amendment to change the Electoral College but NOT the way states have their Electors vote. This is the real danger. A state CAN require their Electors vote for whoever wins the popular vote. This really is a very serious problem because even “small state” Republican controlled states are passing legislation to do this like Arizona! It’s actually quite alarming and mystifying at the same time because a state like Arizona would be making themselves irrelevant if enough other states did the same thing. They would leave the elections to the two coasts and everything in between would be irrelevant.
- Each state get 10 electoral votes, regardless of size or population
- Winners must win a majority of counties in each state (So Chicago, NYC, and LA can't rule over the rest of their respective states
- 20 year federal prison sentence for harassing or threatening an elector
- Electors certify the vote 2 weeks after the election
It was a joke. Elmer J Fudd thinks the Supreme court can just lift things out of the Constitution and discard them?
It’s also malicious in that those advocating for direct vote know full well that the DNC is nothing more than a super massive vote fraud machine.
More to the point, they would have to convince at least half of the states to give up their electoral leverage. I don’t see that happening.
Each county gets one point. Most points wins the state.
Each State decides the how many counties it has and each county's boundaries. So having the electoral votes based on counties would lead to gerrymandering on steroids.
