Was it titled the “People In New York And California Are Smarter Than Us” bill?
Then the state’s electors would be required to go against the state’s voters if they didn’t agree with the national popular vote?
This would seem to nullify the voters of the state in this case.
Wouldn’t there be a constitutional challenge to this?
