There is a law here that anyone who claims homelessness must be given shelter. Why, then, does anyone bother to go to school, get an education, and work? The people whose 2 babies recently got steamed to death from a bizarre radiator malfunction while living in an apartment the city paid for were 2 drug addicts from some New England state, not NY. The "mother" used to use her babies as props while she sat on the floor of a subway tunnel with the kids and strummed a guitar, with a sign with some sob story about how she needs money. The kids getting killed when the valve of the radiator popped off was the best thing to happen to these 2 loser "parents". Some kind hearted souls started a GoFundMe page and about $18,000 was collected so far. You can be SURE it will end up their noses or in their miserable veins. Again, NYC underwrote their living expenses while they lived it up on drugs or strumming guitars or getting 2 babies they could not support.
